Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game categories are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
ra999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend Accounts and recover funds in instances where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play across multiple accounts, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or any other conduct that circumvents the spirit of the promotion.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility conditions (including geographic restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, account status requirements and time windows) are set out in each individual promotion. ra999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.
All game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. ra999 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Operator. Players accept that all gaming outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform system.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, market or game type. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed prior to bet placement. ra999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction.
In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes in response to match events. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets submitted during a delay (connectivity, system latency or similar) may be accepted at a revised price or declined at the Operator's reasonable discretion.
ra999 supports the integrity of sport. Where there is a credible suspicion that a match or event is subject to irregular activity, the Operator reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or withhold related winnings pending investigation by the relevant sporting authority.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ra999 support. A Player seeking closure for responsible gambling reasons may additionally request self-exclusion, which may be applied to one or more time periods up to and including permanent exclusion.
In the event of Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to the Operator) will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not previously finalised.

ra999 collects personal data including identity documents, payment information and session activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ra999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
